Hi friends, so I'm trying to work on 3d female models on 3ds max cause as some of yous may know, I ain't working with InfiniteSilence anymore so the comics won't look like this: fight-art.deviantart.com/art/U… which is a shame I know how to make males but the females are really hard. I been looking at tutorials, some aren't really step by step and you can get lost while trying/following it.
The models I was doing that's in my scraps, the tutorial that showed me that doesn't show muscles. Now I want the women in UMKB to look sexy but also have a toned muscular look so it looks like they are trained in some sort of martial arts. But right now I'm struggling to finish a female model and get it the way I wanna get it. Here are examples from buaya-kun and sorr0wfullwhit3raven Of the build I'm talking about buaya-kun.deviantart.com/art/L… and sorr0wfullwhit3raven.deviantar… Not too big, Not too bulky just toned, ripped and still looking sexy. Keep in mind, not all girls in UMKB will have the same build, it's just making builds like those is what I'm struggling with.
A few people have already suggested for me to use Daz and Poser cause they are easier. The problem I have with those programs is, the models in Daz and Poser seem to be made from a template that you can edit and alter looks. That is easier, I can admit but I am that type of Artist that loves to create everything from scratch and make it myself. Cause sadly, I've seen so many 3d models from artists on this site that looks the same as other artists 3d models which is possiblly because they bought/download the same model. I've also noticed most artist's boxing rings is the same model and I found out you can buy them from daz website. In my personal opinion a 3d artist who wants to turn his art into a real product should do everything himself. When I made The UMKB ring and arena fight-art.deviantart.com/art/U… fight-art.deviantart.com/art/U…, it mades me feel more proud cause I made them all from scratch. It feels more like I acomplised something and most important of all, it's unique and I know there won't be others like mine. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against the artists who uses these, I just would my stuff to stand out more.
Another thing about Daz and Poser, someone was telling me how it's hard to make the skin distort under a punch, bruise and bleed in those programs and I feel it has limits that I think 3ds max doesn't have. I know how to make the skin destort and do all that stuff, The random problem is I just can't model a good looking female at the moment which I'll admit is funny cause I can model almost everything else and do advanced rigging LOL!
But yes, I've decided to do them myself because:
For the fight scene I wanna do now, I need to model and rig up 8 characters. 3 Females and 5 Males, I can get the males done soon but the females will be hard, I'm trying to find my method, then get used to it. Once the 8 characters are done and rigged, the comic pages will be a snap, I suppose this is a situation of hard work at the start makes an easier ending.
So thanks very much friends, I'm just saying why my stuff is delayed for a while. I'm gonna keep trying what I can.

But yes, I've decided to do them myself because:
- I want that same feeling as I got when I made the arena and ring
- I want the models to look different anyway, I notice everyone goes for the same realistic women look which is great but I like different style looks as well. For example, look at Tetsuo's anime looking characters tetsuo72.deviantart.com/art/St… They are more Artistic and just looks clear unique. I know my project's already unique cause the fighter's are wearing luchador masks (which I also need to model)
- I want the texture style to be different, I wanna try something new. At first I was having InfiniteSilence's lovely art style with the 3d backgrounds, since I ain't got her anymore. I thought, I could texture the fighters different than the backgrounds. So I been experimenting mixing Cel shading with random styles and I hope to find something cool to really make this project stand out.

Hi it's Art.. I'm back..
and wow what a welcome, I put a new Kaminari artpiece after almost 9 years and I wake up seeing 70 notifications! that's crazy to see people interested in her after so long. So where have I been if you've been wondering? Let's say Life is bad to everyone and some people can deal with it better than most others i.e. me. Some of the biggest problems I've always done is try and take on too much or really big projects. Wanting to do big things when I'm not ready and burning myself out completely. I also lost a lot of money years ago because of dumb decisions I've made again and again. I've been sectioned in mental health centres many times because of various suicide attempts I've had over the years, losing close ones didn't help either. I'm doing a lot better now, I got a good job and I can afford to buy commissions again. I've actually been good for a long while and I've wanted to come back on Deviantart for a long while with new Kaminari art but I never had an angle in how I wanted to

Is Suicide really the easy way out?
Hello friends it's Art and I wanted to talk about something
I've been debating about committing suicide for over a decade now. I've heard it all from different people that "you have too much to live for" "Suicide's the easy way out" "you have more than other people" "if you are not happy with life, change it" and all that same stuff. Truth is, I don't think I fit in with how life goes (and yes, people have even used the famous Rocky Balboa phrase on me as well) and it doesn't matter what I change, I think I just never get along with the ways life goes.
I think I've spent the last 10 years trying to do different things, trying to see things
Kinda Tagged
Hi friends so there's a tagging thing going around where people are giving 10 or more facts/things about your OCs and I was aware of this by
